Pre-launch giveaway: terms of participation

1. Organizer. YOYABA GmbH, Barmbekerstraße 6a, 22303 Hamburg, Germany, the company behind Nimblet.
2. Who can take part. Companies. The person who signs up must be 18 or older and act for the company. Employees of YOYABA GmbH cannot take part.
3. How to take part. Sign up on the waitlist at nimblet.io/waitlist with a work email and the company website. Taking part is free and needs no purchase. Each email address counts once.
4. Period. From the publication of these terms until Nimblet launches publicly. We announce the launch on nimblet.io.
5. Prizes. Between one and three winners each get 3 months of the Nimblet Regular plan free of charge, including €50 of AI usage per month. More prizes: reduced cost if using Nimblet's paid plans. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or passed on.
6. Draw and notice. We draw the winners at random from all valid sign-ups at launch and tell them by email at the address they signed up with. If a winner does not answer within 14 days, we may draw another winner.
7. Exclusion. We may exclude sign-ups with false details or made by automated means.
8. Data protection. We use the email address and website to run the giveaway and to email you about the launch. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Meta and LinkedIn. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Meta or LinkedIn, and is not associated with them.
10. Changes. We may end or change the giveaway for an important reason, such as a technical or legal problem. German law applies.
